Halle Nero came to us wanting a site that is user-friendly and effortless for her to manage. As a Squarespace Circle member, we knew it would be the perfect solution for Halle’s business — offering the security and features she needs without the hassle and responsibility of WordPress. We built her a custom Squarespace design, including secure contact form and client intake application, and also developed an SMS script for her to use with both new and existing clients. The website and SMS script has helped tremendously to mitigate her most pressing issue — client cancelations without payment. And the site has already proven its value by increasing her client base by 25%!
