Custom Branding for an Image-Minded Financial Planner

SNAPSHOT

Jeff Zemito founded Lakeview Wealth Management as an independent financial planner, competing against firms with much bigger names, bigger budgets, and a lot more infrastructure. His edge has always been personal, and he knew his brand had to match.

SITUATION

Jeff had a vision for how his business should operate and a clear sense of his competition. What he didn’t have was branding and design that could carry it. His broker-dealer offered a turnkey branding program, ready-made and inexpensive, but he knew it would have been a cookie-cutter solution. Jeff decided that investing in custom branding would be the best long-term strategy for his growth plans.

SOLUTION

We built Lakeview’s custom branding from scratch: logo, color system, marketing kit, business cards, and a full suite of client-facing materials. Jeff came in knowing what he wanted, which made the collaboration fast and specific. He would give direction, we’d come back with options, revise and refine, without delays, chasing, or explaining the same thing twice.

Lakeview’s brand identity now lives on every investment proposal, every application, every monthly statement and client correspondence. When Jeff sits down with a prospective client, the agenda looks different from anything they’ve seen at a competing firm. Clients have noticed, and some have even said so directly. A few have signed on because of his branding and clear attention to detail.

And that was just the beginning. We have since become Lakeview’s ongoing marketing partner, handling everything from campaign work to client onboarding materials. If it represents the firm, we’re involved.
